Display Cabinets

If you're after a solution to put those special items on display, we're happy to help you. Whether it's glassware, crockery or your model tractor collection (don't laugh, we've catered for this before!) we can find a solution. Below is an outline of some of the things you might like to consider before submitting an enquiry.

Vertical Glass Panels

For safety reasons, we typically quote our display cabinets with toughened glass panels in the front and sides. While it is a more expensive option, it's not much to pay for peace of mind.

We're happy to offer prices with regular glass to make our products more economical, however this option becomes the sole responsibility of the customer. We can discuss with you the best glass thickness, depending on the size of the panels.

Glass Shelves

These are also available in a number of thicknesses - we can advise you on the best alternative depending on the distance you would like the shelves to span, and the weight of the items you anticipate placing upon them.

These are always finished with a full edge polish, to create a nice clean appearance and remove sharp edges.

We usually make these shelves adjustable, allowing you to fine-tune the cabinet to suit the items you'd like to store once you take delivery.

Lights

We offer a range of lighting solutions to highlight the items you have on display within your cabinet. We can help you select a particular style and number of lights based on your preferred size cabinet.

Nowadays we recommend energy-efficient LED models - not only because they cost less to run, but they also operate at significantly lower temperatures.

Mirrors

A mirrored back in a display cabinet is an excellent way to highlight what's on display, and can also make a room feel more spacious. We're happy to provide comparative prices for a cabinet with or without a mirrored back - you might be pleasantly surprised...
