Yes, we specialise in making to order. Everything we make is individually handcrafted and we don't mass-produce anything. It's quite feasible for us to make an item exactly how a customer would like it.

Absolutely, all we need are the ideas and desires you do have and the parameters or space restrictions. If the item is a cabinet of some sort or an entertainment unit, we may need additional information such as the sizes of what you will be putting into the unit. We can then draw up the design to scale and email it to you for approval or further discussion.

How long does it take for an order to be completed ?
The lead time on our furniture can vary depending on a number of factors, including the number of orders we have on our books, timber availability, and of course, the time required to complete your project. As a general guide, this is usually around 6 weeks.

If I was to order something from the website without actually
visiting your shop and seeing it before it leaves, what if I don't like
it when I receive it ?
With over 30 years in furniture retailing, and over 20 in
manufacturing, we understand the importance of getting all necessary
information from the customer before we begin producing an item. This
ensures that the customer will get exactly what they are after.
For customers who place orders via our website, it's normal practice
for us to send some pictures of the item or items before they leave our
factory for approval. We're very easy to get along with and will do
whatever it takes to ensure that someone is at least 100% happy with

Once you've made a decision on what you'd like us to make for you, we ask
for a 20% deposit before we begin construction, with the balance to be paid
before the item is released for delivery.
Again, we're happy to send you pictures of the finished item before the
balance is paid, and we guarantee that it will be delivered in excellent
condition to the specifications you provide and approve.
