RETURNS POLICY

An item of furniture that has been made specifically for you to your specific requirements cannot be returned if you have changed your mind. If you feel that the item made for you does not fit the description provided then you must provide specific details to Eclipse with 24 hours of you realising that. The management of Eclipse will then make a decision on the best course of action if they are in agreeance with your assessment to any extent.

Items purchased off the floor are sold as-is and cannot be returned after purchasing. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the item or items before committing as it is not unusual for there to be some minor scratches or other minor signs of wear or damage if it has been a stock item for any lengthy period of time.
