An item of furniture that has been made specifically for you to your specific requirements cannot be returned. Items purchased off the floor are sold as-is and cannot be returned after purchasing.
Solid Timber Furniture Warranty
What This Warranty Covers
We pride ourselves in crafting high-quality solid timber furniture designed to last generations. We stand behind our workmanship and offer a 5-year warranty covering the structural integrity of all furniture made by Eclipse Handcrafted Furniture.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
While we use the finest materials and expert craftsmanship, natural timber is a living material that responds to environmental conditions. As such, this warranty does not cover:
- Natural movement in timber, including cracking, splitting, bowing, shrinking, or expansion
- Colour changes due to aging, exposure to light, or environmental factors
- Damage caused by excessive heat, humidity, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
- General wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, or chips on finishes
- Damage from improper use, misuse, or lack of proper maintenance
- Issues caused by exposure to heaters, fireplaces, air-conditioning vents, or underfloor heating
Final Notes
Our furniture is handmade using natural timber, meaning that each piece is unique. Variations in grain, texture, and minor imperfections are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
