Bespoke Design Process

A fully bespoke service. No compromising. Approximately 6-12 week lead time.


Initial Consultation

This is where you provide us with the brief and let your creativity flourish. We can also present material options and create a draft design, on our 3D modeling software, during the session.

Measure the Space

If you know what size you need, great! If not, we can advise on industry standards and good practice for visualisation. We can even provide a home visit where we can measure and quote on-site.


Proposal & Quote

Once we have a clear vision for the piece and we've confirmed the key requirements, we provide a full 3D model and detailed pricing. If you're happy with the design a 50% deposit is required to get started.


Design Approval

A detailed Job Specification will be sent for your approval. This is when all the details will be finalised and it's your last opportunity to make changes to the design. After alterations this takes around 2 weeks.



After approval production starts and it's over to our team of Master Craftsmen to turn the design concepts into a reality. This can take upto 4 weeks and our Design Team will keep you updated with progress photos.



Once complete, your furniture will be brought to our Sydney Design Studio in Alexandria. Here we invite you to come and inspect the final product, we can also send you images, if preferable. The final balance is required at this time



The big day arrives! If you're in the Sydney area, we hand you over to our delivery partner - Van Dude. They'll reach out to arrange a suitable time and complete any assembly required onsite.
